Class Descriptions

 

Private Yoga sessions designed for any level practice. Private yoga is a wonderful way to learn if you are new to yoga or to advance an established practice. We also design a practice to accomodate injuries or illness.

 

Hatha/ Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class combines the breath with flowing movement bringing awareness to the energies of mind body and spirit. Develope flexabilty and strength through tradtional yoga stretching and strenght building standing poses. $45 for a private hour and 15 minute session.



​Thai Yoga

RELAX and let us do all the work! You relax comfortable dressed on a special yoga futon and have your body moved through a series of sophisticated assisted stretches. The result of this delicious practice is a clear calm mind and amazing relaxed state. Thai Yoga is a private session only. $45.00 for 45 minute session $65.00 for an hour session $85.00 for an hour and a half session. 

 

Assisted Yoga with Energy Work

Similar to Thai Yoga you relax and leave the work to us. You are assisted into stretches that are designed to help releive blocked energy both physical and emotional. After the physical work you relax while we complete the session with hands on energy work balancing the flow of energy through specific energy points along the outside meridians of the body. This is done in private sessions only. $65.00 sessions are approximately an hour and 15 minutes.

 

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is practiced with supportive blankets, bolsters and straps. You relax deeply into the poses and let your body open gently and comfortably with no effort on your part. This practice is excellent for people recovering from illness or injuries where it is difficult to get up and down, the entire practice is done on the mat with supports. 

 

Corp or Group Yoga

 

Let us come to you. We offer Chair Yoga for office workers or elderly. Professional teacher provides non-spiritual desk chair yoga to help reduce negative effects of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended times. Yoga can improve productivity by increasing physical comfort and reduce stress. Using breathing techniques to increase consentration and stress relief. One and a half hour group workshop available.
